Western Cape

Home to Big Five Golf Tours. Com - This is the most southerly part of the country and is bordered by both the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. Its countryside boasts mountain ranges and semi-desert plains.
It has a Mediterranean climate, with dry summers and cool winters, with the summer months being from November to April. Cape Town is regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in the world. With more than 100 golden beaches - an area called the Winelands where connoisseurs or "wine swines" are free to taste the best the Cape has to offer, whale watching, mountains, indigenous forests and lakes.


Eastern Cape

The Eastern Cape is a jewel of Africa, rare and untouched. Its landscape offers great extremes from the stunning beaches of its Wild Coast, to the endless flat plains of the Karoo, with its magical star-studded night skies, where millions of stars can be seen almost every night of the year.
Experience its warm welcoming and charming historical towns. The Wildlife in the Eastern Cape is being proudly restocked and a visit to the Addo Elephant park is well worthwhile. Qunu in the Transkei is the birthplace of our very own "Madiba", Nelson Mandela.

Mapumalanga

Previously known as the Eastern Transvaal this beautiful part of South Africa borders Mozambique and is known as the land of wild and magic.
Translated Mapumalanga means "The place where the sun rises". Rich in wild life it is home to the World famous Kruger National Park, and many other top class private game lodges.


Here one can indeed experience the thrill of coming face to face with the Big Five. For those of a more romantic nature, the small historic Village of Pilgrims Rest offers a trip to the past of the early pioneering days and the great Gold rush. Natal

Known to the world as the last British outpost, KwaZulu Natal offers scenic extremes, from the majestic mountains of the Drakensberg to the balmy golden beaches of its coast line gently washed by the warm waters of the Indian ocean.

Here you can travel from bushveld, home to world famous game reserves such as Hluhluwe and Umfolozi, to the famous battlefields of Isandlwana and Rorke's Drift, where the great Zulu Empire fought ferociously.

Free State

This state is situated in the heart of South Africa, its capital being Bloemfontein, which is also the judicial capital of South Africa. It was here, that J R R Tolkein, author of the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings, was born.
The Free State has areas of vast open spaces and dams which offer great sport to anglers and water sport enthusiasts.

The Free State is known as "Big Sky Country" and here the visitor can experience sandstone cliffs and golden maize fields. Being in the heart of South Africa, it is considered to be the most convenient stop over for those travelling between the Cape and Johannesburg or KwaZulu Natal.
